1. Eliminate unnecessary formulas
There may be some pattern in your Switzerland Phone Number List database. To solve this, follow our instructions:

Copy the phone number column from Excel.
Paste it into the next column using the Paste As option to insert only the cell values.
2. Remove the symbols
Make sure your list doesn't contain any symbols that might interfere with your post. For this:

Select the phone number column.
Use the Replace text option. In the latest versions of Excel, you can find it as "Replace" (Ctrl + L) under Find and Select in the Start menu. In Google Sheets, you can find it in the Edit menu as Find and Replace (Ctrl + H).
In the Search section, enter the symbol you want to remove, leave the "Replace with" section blank, and select Replace All. Some symbols you can try to remove are.
3. Clear the remaining numbers
We know that in Spain numbers have 9 digits. If you have more than 9, they may have international codes or symbols added.

To ensure that we get the correct number, we can do the following:

Insert a new column to the right of the phone numbers and enter the formula =+RIGHT(A1;9) . Replace "A1" with the first cell in the phone number column.
Copy this formula down the entire column to the end of the phonebook. This will remove unnecessary numbers or international codes.
If you are running an international campaign: it is important to check the number of numbers in the country you want to send the SMS campaign to and adjust the formula by changing the 9 to the corresponding number.
